The Variable Rates offered depend upon:

2. the Length of your Stay ( Minimum Stay available is 3 nights).

NO TAX,
NO ADMIN FEES

SHOULDER SEASON
SPRING: Mid-May to Mid-June
Rental Rates:
$1560/ 3 nights
$2560/ Week

HIGH SEASON
SUMMER: Mid-Jun to Mid-Sept
Rental Rates
$1950/ 3 nights
$3200/ week

AUTUMN: Mid-Sept to Nov 1:
Rental Rates:
$1560/ 3 nights
$2560/ Week

Plus
$175 Cleaning Fee
Plus
$300 REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit that will be returned to you within a week of your departure, provided there is no damage to the property.

PLUS for ALL SEASONS

Plus added on to ALL STAYS there is a Cleaning Fee of $175.00.

For visits 2 weeks or longer: A Linen Fee of $100 extra is charged for replacing the linens and towels.
